Hello, I will be moving out of my home soon, staying with friends, and then going overseas for an extended period. I will cancel my FTTB account as I will not have a new home until I return.
My question is will I be able to keep my TPG email addresses indefinitely?

The email account or address will be cancelled along with the account.

Can you try to check if the 'Send Message' button is now visible? If so, send us your details so we can arrange our Accounts Team to help us convert your current TPG to standalone TPG E-mail address service.
