URGENT ACCOUNT CANCELLATION

I have been trying to cancel my account for over two weeks now, and on Tuesday was finally told to send an email to cancel@tpg.com.au and received an automatic reply saying they will respond within 1 working day, it’s now been 3 days and I haven’t received any reply! This is ridiculous! The reason we are cancelling is because we have moved homes and the new tenants needs to connect their internet so they can work from home during this terrible time! Get your act together TPG!

Honestly I've tried too. TPG is actually bull**, definitely move to another ISP. I'm sure as hell done with TPG
