URGENT ACTION - Expired Account. Payment made

Paid the phone bill that was overdue processed 3 business days ago. Emailed twice to TPG and tried calling on partners mobile (all lines not going through) to restore my plan. Someone needs to contact me ASAP to restore this as it is a matter of urgency now. Why the lack of communication? Not happy.

If a payment is made via direct debit, posting would normally take 3-5 working days whilst real-time for credit cards. 

 

Please send us a PM with your TPG username or Customer ID so we can check your account.
