Hi there,
I've been unable to log into my account for my mobile service and I was waiting on TPG to fix an issue with your password reset feature. I never heard from TPG even though you said you'd be in touch and now my service has expired. Please email or call me ASAP to sort this issue out. I need my mobile service up and running this weekend.
