Recently I received an email with an offer to upgrade to the ultrafast plan with a saving of $45 . Normally $144.99, so $99.99. This came a few days prior to the ending of a six months boost period, due to changes in plan pricing. Having rung tpg for verification, they gladly upgraded me. Now sadly they have charged me $124.99 and five calls later get absolutely no help in correcting this error. I have not received any communications from them to say they are on the case . Nil nothing , zip. Totally frustrating. Any suggestions please.
