Hi,
I tried to activate my sim, but I cannot authorise the transfer of my mobile number since my old number no longer have the credit to reply the sms.
I tried to call 1300993019 number, but again, my phone do not have any credit, so I am unable to call TPG.
Wondering can I receive a call back or any other way outside topping up a sim that I will be abendoning after activiting the tpg sim?

My apologize, I think I received a miss call from TPG due to I forgot to swapped to the tpg sim and forgot to swap back to my new sim, if a new call can be arranged it would be much appreicated.
