My card has recently changed and I am currently overseas and I don't have access to my AU mobile number here. When I tried to log in to my account, it's asking to enter OTP sent to my registered AU mobile. I received an email from TPG yesterday on the failed monthly payment due to old card details. Is there any alternative way to update my card details?
I would also like to have my AU mobile number on roaming. Is it adequate just to turn on the roaming option in the phone settings.
