Hi,
I have been trying to get onto the cancellations team to cancel my service within the required 30 days notice. From over a week ago, i have tried calling, and sent numerous emails but have gotten no response. I have tried through your chat portal 4 times, and get told every time that i am being transferred to the cancellations team but it always times out and goes no where.
Could you please put me through to the team, or confirm that you have received my request for cancellation?

Still in the same situation. I have been told several times that i will be contacted by the Accounts Specialiast Team and still haven't. This is getting ridiculous.
