Get online support
Hi,
I need to update my contact details with a new address. When I do this on the "Update Contact & Payment Details" page (see attached image), and click "update details now", the changes are not saved and my old address is still showing. I have tried to do this on 2 browsers several times with no luck.
Can I send someone at TPG a private message so this can be resovled?

Tiny bit of a necro post but this is extactly what is happening to me.
I'm trying to begin the "Moving Home" process but when it comes to the Step 4 and where it will send the new equipment it shows my old address.
So to try and fix it I went into the "Update Contact & Payment Details" to change it to the new address it the same as the original poster and does not upate the details.
I need this fixed before I can even begin the "Moving Home" process.
