Get online support
Hi,
When I attempt to log into my TPG account online, I get the following message:
Sorry, the mobile number on your account is missing or invalid.
I do not currently have a TPG mobile.
Please help.

Hi Josh, logging in to your online account requires 2FA. An OTP will be sent to the mobile number registered on your account without this you won't be able to log in.
We can take a closer look at your account and make sure we have the correct contact details. Please send us a PM and we can go from there.
