Unable to login to TPG account

Last Friday I tried to login to my account but was unable to due to mobile number invalid or missing.

OK I called on the number listed and emailed the details as requested(name,DOB,account number,home address and mobile number) but not sure if anyone has even read it.

I got 2 missed called from (now I know to be)TPG and I couldn't decipher the voicemails because there was so much silence at the end I hung up and my phone provider couldn't save the messages. I got 2 SMS messages but even though I replied,still no progress.
