No internet since at least 7am today. A number of neighbours have reported the same outage,all with different providers,though all on fixed wireless. Any ideas? Thanks

The Messaging Company look like they are handling email transfer from not only TPG,but other ISPs according to their website. I'm an early Alphalink user,and still have one of their legacy email addresses(only used for the odd message maybe once or twice a year).I think Chariot took them over?

Hi there,had nothing since 0900 today. There was a scheduled NBN outage yesterday for TPG internet from midnight to 0600. Is this related? Thanks.

Last Friday I tried to login to my account but was unable to due to mobile number invalid or missing. OK I called on the number listed and emailed the details as requested(name,DOB,account number,home address and mobile number) but not sure if anyone has even read it. I got 2 missed called from (now I know to be)TPG and I couldn't decipher the voicemails because there was so much silence at the end I hung up and my phone provider couldn't save the messages. I got 2 SMS messages but even though I replied,still no progress. Thanks.

I have the same issue. Looks like we'll be waiting a while if yours hasn't been resolved after 3 working days.

I have the same issue. I rang TPG last Friday,and had the situation explained.I sent off the email with my details shortly after,but still can't login. I have no idea if the email has been read,though I keep getting messages on my voicemail which I haven't been able to decipher and a few SMS which ask me to download the TPG app.

Like the title says. First no incoming or outgoing calls.I reset modem and incoming calls ok now. If I try to dial out all I get is a loud electronic buzzing sound .Dial tone is present when I pick up phone and start dialling. Archer VR1600V modem,fixed wireless NBN Thanks

No signal on box (ie red on ODU) since 10AM. This happened a few months ago and there was an issue with the tower. That lasted about 8 hours.Hope this isn't the same problem again.

Working now. 5 hours outage duration. We noticed workers near NBN tower in paddock near us.Is that cause of problem?

Red error on ODU since midday today. Over 4 hours now. Hopetoun Park fixed wireless. What's going on.

We had no internet for roughly 3 hours this morning.We are on fixed wireless.Outage from approx 630AM to 930AM today. Our house is approx 1-2 KM from tower. We tried turning off and on our modem and our router but no change. 3 hours later sprung back into life. This has been going on for months now. Please help us.
