I am getting this error form Thunderbird Email Program "Sending of password for user ads#### did not succeed. Mail server mail.tpg.com.au responded: [SYS/TEMP] Temporary authentication failure. [sep-kakadu02.i-07a6182fa6f02d683:2023-09-20 02:35:08]" follow by a wrong password warning

Hi, I have op in for migration several weeks ago and got a confirmation email that it is successful. Today when i tried to retrieve my email from Thunderbird it says wrong password. I then proceed to try to access my mail from the web base tpg site. I got in to check my mail. So i tested sending fresh email to myself from another email account. I found out i am not getting any email at all from about 10am , 20 Sept 2023. I used my ALIAS and also the main email (adsl####@tpg.com.au) Whats going on? Please help i need my emails urgently flossed

Hi, I have received termination of email notice from TPG. it states my email as "adsl****@tpg.com.au" but i am using my alias "myname@tpg.com.au" which is linked to adsl****@tpg.com.au how do i go about using my alias instead of the default email . when i opt in for the transfer. Also my wife have an email with them in my account which is wifename@tpg.com.au, she has not receive any termination email yet. please advice. tyvm flossed

What happens if I don’t choose to keep my email address? You don’t need to do anything if you’re happy for your TPG email address to be deleted. If you do not move to The Messaging Company before the date advised in the notice we emailed to you, your TPG email address will be suspended and you will no longer be able to send or receive emails. Once suspended, if you do not choose to move your TPG email address to The Messaging Company, the following will apply: The email address will be deleted from 30 November 2023 and can no longer be recovered as the above email will be deletd 30 November 2023, but it didnt state when is the cut of date for me to transfer. Can I do the transfer now , I know it says i will be sent a PIN to my tpg email, what about OTP to my mobile, cause i have no access to mobile atm.

i saw this notice on (The Messaging Company) "Please note that failure to opt-in to transfer by the date specified by TPG may result in the future loss of your email address." What is the transfer date? i will only be back in AUS mid August

Hi, I just read about the TPG email termination, when is this happening?, i am away from Australia now. I got no email informing me about the transfer but i saw a link about it on the website. Really concern cause i need my TPG email while i am away. I have no access to my mobile, while i am away. Please advice flossed

Hi I have several mailbox alias (used by my wife) they are seperate from the main account alias, but i dont see them anymore when i go to account login under manage emails. She still gets her email but just curious it not showing up at the Manage email, can you please clarify. Thank You flossed

Hi I have a TPG supplied TPLINK Archer VR1600v I noticed i get dropout from wireless and ethernet , today i couldnt access the router from my desktop computer through ethernet cable. (192.168.1.1) i used the wireless to access the router and it works. upon checking i can see there is non ethernet device connected, but on the router lights indicators it is lighted up for Lan 1 , Lan 2 and Lan 3. I turn off power to all devices for 10mins and turn it on again still no go, then i proceed to unplug all ethernet cables and reconnect, after awhile it got connected again. Also the wireless disconnect once a while randomly, even if i am in the same room as the router. Do you think you can supply me with a new replacement modem, urgently? because i cant be without connection as we work from home. Thank You

same here my TPG cant receive emails from gmail!!!!, wth for a service like that. i am sure other ISP are allowed to get emails from gmail. P.S. allowed meaning no restrictions

I changed the DNS to Google DNS and the page loads. Shall i keep using Google DNS over TPG.....what are the advantages and disadvantages? and i guess TPG DNS will get fixed overtime? TYVM

Can you try accessing the https://account.battle.net/ can you access it? the IP address changes on each ping i make, all timed out I tried on my Mobile Data , i am with Optus on mobile. it shows a blank page too. My friend witrh Telstra Has no problem accessing it. Is this an ISP issue?
