Thanks David64, I will try these settings with the AX72 and reply. Yes the AX6000 is working. I had a really crazy problem on the AX6000. The internet was working (slowly) with our PC's but not with smart TV's nor mobiles. So I thought that the problem was with the AX6000. Thus the purchase and attemped setup of the AX72. Three days later after no luck trying the get the AX72 connected we had a storm (lots of lightening). I disconnected everything, including the NBN wall mounted fixed wireless modem. When setting up the AX72 I had not disconnected the NBN modem. On reconnecting everything after the storm everything including smart TV's and mobiles worked and the speed was better. So the problem was with the NBN not the AX6000. Something to keep in mind.

I have been using an AX6000 for serveal years on Fixed Wireless but there are some problems now now so I purchased an AX5400 / Archer AX72. I tried to set up the AX72 with the same settings used on the AX6000 but after 3 days of trying without any success - do not get internet access despite the modem showing that it is connected. Can anyone provide me with the correct settings for internet only connection. I do not use VOIP. Thanks Chris

This started happening very recently to my TPG Mail Box. I wrongly thought that the migration to TMC was the cause but I was wrong. All I had to do was the following from the Microsoft Community (it may vairy slightly depending what software you use I use Outlook 365): "Disable Leave a Copy of Message on Server: 1. Here are the steps to disable leave a copy of the message on the server. 2. Open Outlook on your computer 3. Click on the File tab option 4. Now, click on the Info option >> Account Settings. 5. Go to the E-Mail tab. 6. Select your account and click on the More Settings. 7. Now, click on the Advanced tab and uncheck the Leave a copy of the message on the server." This worked immediatly for me.

Since 12 Oct, now 14 Oct mail to my TPG account has varived from none received, to delayed by up to 12 hours after sending. Some test emails sent from my private domain on 12 OCT have still not been received. This afternoon, 14 Oct, receive 3 copies of the same test email I sent from my private domain some 20 to 30 minutes after sending. Am I alone in this or are others experiencing crazy outcomes from TMC?

I am having a similar problem. It is now taking over 12 hours to send a test email from my private domain to my TPG email account. Yes I did the migration and got confirmation. I have no idea what other external emails I an not getting to my TPG mail account but the indication this morning is that none are getting through. I use Outlook but I have also checked my mail at TPG.

I joined TPG in 2004 on the ADSL Broadband Value Plan. This Plan included 5 email addresses. In 2017 I and all my neighbours in the outer suburbs of Sydney were forced to migrate the new Fixed Wireless Plans as the Telstra fixed wire system was removed. I accepted an offer from TPG to join their NBN Fixed Wireless Plan, Boost (nbn25). I am still on this plan. A transcript of a Live Help Chat with TPG in Oct 2017 confirms "Yes you will still be able to keep the same TPG email you have". I am still using those 5 email addresses today that I got in 2004. So TPG are attempting to breach their supply agreement and I have the documentation to prove it. It will be expensive and time consuming to migrate to a new mail server. For those like me who do not want to be part of the crowd at Gmail etc it is expensive to set up a mail server with 5 email addresses, about AU$ 150 to 200 PA. So I believe that we need to be compensated by TPG or our existing email accounts be left intact for say the next 20 years. Is a Class Action being considered?

Agree. I have been with TPG since 2004 and as a result my TPG email contacts list is very extensive. I have already spent two full days notifying service providers and have yet to start on the process of informing contacts and ensuring my details are updated. REALLY NOT HAPPY! TPG are doing this to reduce cost. What about the cost / time that us users are forced to expend? Where is our compensation?

Hi ShaneA, Yes my D-Link modem is a D-Link AC1750 Gigabit Cloud ADSL2+ Modem Router. I found a youtube clip that shows how to daisy chain modems the way I want to set up my system https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J5QJb3O19zI Thanks for your help. Cheers, Chris

I currently use a D-Link AC1750 Gigabit Cloud ADSL2+ Modem Router to connect the internet to all devices within my home. Also hard wired connected to the router are two Cloud back up hard disks and a 4G backup WiFi Modem. This system works well and I do not want to change it when we move to a NBN Fixed Wireless system soon. How do I connect my existing D-Link WiFi Router to the TPG supplied WiFi Router? Thanks, Chris
