Is the TMC Migration Working for Anyone?

Since 12 Oct, now 14 Oct mail to my TPG account has varived from none received, to delayed by up to 12 hours after sending. Some test emails sent from my private domain on 12 OCT have still not been received.

This afternoon, 14 Oct, receive 3 copies of the same test email I sent from my private domain some 20 to 30 minutes after sending.

Am I alone in this or are others experiencing crazy outcomes from TMC?

For years I've sent emails to myself to test emails. That has just lately stopped working (with intermittent returns to normal). Other emails in and out seem to be OK.
