Get online support
I'm unable to access "My Account" details.
When I try to login I get the following message.....
"Oops! Sorry, the mobile number on your account is missing or invalid. Please call us on 13 14 23 for assistance." Whereas I can fully use my sim network service.

Upon accessing MyAccount, we now require an OTP to be sent to the registered mobile number.
Send us a private message and we'll confirm the details on your account.
