Unable to send or receive emails

Lately the amount of email accounts I can't send or receive from seem to be increasing. And they're all from independent accounts like @companyname.com

 

I've tried changing the settings on my email receiver server but it doesnt work. And its not just on one platform but also across outlook and tpg email itself.
