Unable to view data usage - Moved to Novus

Hello,

I am unable to see my mobile data usage.

Have followed all directions from similar community posts, but my situation seems to be different.

When I click on my current plan, it just shows 'Moved to Novus'.

Please refer to attached screenshot.

The service showig above in the attached screenshot is an old service, the one below is the current service.
