Update Payment Details

I need to update my account details as my card details have changed but as their is no moble number attached to the account I am unable to login.  Have called a few times without success and sent an email to :"privacy@tpg,com.au" as requested but have had no response. If I am unable to change card details and I am unable to pay you.
