I was able to update my card details last month for my monthly sim card payment, but the payment this month seems to have failed to go through. With the new 2FA I am unable to log in to my account (as I am overseas and cannot receive the text message to my Aus number). I tried calling the 1300 number but it did not connect to anything. Can someone help?
