I have attempted to update my direct debit details for the 3 phones under my account . I was instructed that as the details were stored under the old customer number I needed to change them on the old system where. I have done this but the latest payment still came out of the old account which I intend to close.
The updated details should apply for all three phone payments.
Can you please advise.

Are you able to log in to your My Account? If not, you can update your payment details by logging in using your TPG mobile number using the same password.
