Urgent billing question

Hello,

I received an email to say that my internet will be cut off on the 31st of March because of an unpaid bill from the last billing month. We had significant issues with our internet during that month and you told me that you would credit our bill that month given the circumstances.

I have since also been onto my account here to update our credit card details which seems to have happened successfully. I am urgently seeking confirmation that our internent WILL NOT be switched off.

I sent an email last week and haven't heard back. I am also unable to use your online chat function due to an error that keeps appearing. Please see attached screenshot.

Please call me urgently using the account details

We can confirm that you've successfully paid your bill last 19 March 2020.
