Waive off 30 day Cancellation fee

Hi, 

I got better plan from agl as it is my electricity provider too and when i called tpg for cancelation they send me 30 day Cancellation fee which is unfair as it is not mentioned in basic plan terms. Is it possible to waiver? It will be very helpful in financial stressful time. My details
