I called several times about changing my plan or cancelling the FTTB service. However I was told I could not request it because I am not the account holder. I have been using this service for more than 15 years, from when it was ADSL2. So is stop paying the only option?
Also the rep on the phone keep on asking me who is my current mobile provider. What has it got to do with my FTTB service?
Seems like cancelling is the only option now as I have heard nothing.
