Wbmail & Email not working

I cannot sign into Webmail for last 2 days. Also can I can sign into my account email but alias addresses are unavailable. Alias addresse are also missing from my account  when checking "manage email addresses". All these addresses had be operational for 17 years.

Hey @grahamsayers ,

Do you get an error message when trying to log-in to TPG post office? If so, could you post a screenshot on this thread and send us your details so we can investigate this.

Hi Shane,

Since I posted on Community Post Office is now working. Email alias addresses are still missing. had 3 alias addresses for 17 years and they have disappeared. Screenshot attached form Accounts Page. Ouytlook askes for pasword for alias but does not allowe access.

In fairness TPG did warn some time back that they'd be removing any 'unused' aliases and not allowing creation of new ones. I'm unable to locate the email they sent me however but it was quite recent. Two regularly-used aliases of mine were unaffected however others i didn't use regularly disappeared.
