Hi everyone
I am trying to setup TPG nbn with another modem. I reset my account password in https://www.tpg.com.au/account. but the new password doesn't work with the new modem. I wonder if it is a password I will have to use or another one?
I check the old password in TPG modem and see the password is "noPassword", which doesn't work too.
Can you please tell me how to get the correct account to use with new modem please?

Thanks for raising this to us, what new modem/router are you trying to use for the NBN connnection? Could it be possible that the settings are not properly configure causing the new TPG username password not to work?
Please post the screenshot of the error message and name/brand of the modem for reference.
