Why am I connected to Orange France?

I am traveling overseas right now, and although I am not in France, I am connected to the network called "Orange France". Because of this, I cannot change the APN to TPG as well. I need to connect to the local network to be able to use mobile data. How do I do this?

Have you tried to change your mobile network manually?

If not, please try to change it manually to the desired network.
