Why are you still trying to direct debit my account?

I have spoken to Jimbo from billing and he agreed that it was too early and adjusted it to the 12th June. It’s only been on 2.5 weeks. Why are you costing me money in dishonour fees? I don’t want to have to go to the tellecommunications industry ombudsman so can you please verify the date has been changed to the 12th of June for bb4sirius
