Hi,
I've changed NBN providers (from TPG to some other) after being a customer for 5+ years. Got a call from TPG Winback team, which in the end offered me a 6months contract with 2 months free, which I accepted.
To my surprise - this is a 8 months contract with 2 free (2+6), and not a 6month total contract time with 2 of them free, as I understood.
Request that the offer be corrected as I understood above, or clarified ASAP so I can roll back to my previous provider. 2 additional months is not an issue, but feeling mislead is.
