@Longtimelistenr . Are there any error numbers or just this error text?

If you haven't been transferred to TMC, you can try sending an email to  postmaster@tpg.com.au. Include the error message seen by the sender and current examples of failures. Include date/time, sender and recipient, subject so they can check on the log.

Otherwise, check with TMC as mentioned by moderator.

@david64 the error number is 5504.4.7 (expired). It only seems to be this one email address so far. Thanks for the advice, I will try the postmaster email.
