Your current plan is nbn50  which include unlimited internet  but phone line is  pay as you go, currently you are paying $69.99 which include  unlimited internet at speed based on nbn50 plan wand  phone number but to make free  calls you need  voice add on based on your requirement which can cost upto $20 per month. see below link where you can see all option.

what are you talking about the sales rep did not mention this at the point of sale he did not say we had to pay extra for calls.  im a 74 yr old on a pension.
