Hello,

 

While changing from NBN to wireless I had to change accounts. Now the old account has a positive balance (we did not use up the last month). Is there a way to get reimbursed (or at least transfer the balance to the new account)?

Let's have our Accounts team to check on this and request assistance. Any chance you can send your TPG account details (Customer ID/username) via private message?
