can't pay invoice

So I'm a long time member of tpg and for a while my pays gone through automatically, till of course I got a new card from the bank I updated my payment details and everything, then nothing the invoice it there but there's not way for me to pay it I've literally tried everything, there no make a payment option anywhere not in check account nothing.

Did you log in via the app or browser? If this is for mobile or home wireless service, please use your mobile number or account number as your username.
