cancel my service

hi, this is jun, and my account number is ****, i plan to move back to china next week, so i need to disconnect my service, can you give me any help on this problem, by the way, my contact number has been cancelled, can you contact with me through email?

hi, I have recieved email, but I have reply two days ago, and no response , I will go back to China tomorrow, can you cancel my service by next week??
