I have received email now about canceclation request of my mobile service while I did not request it.
I tried to figure out the issue by access to my account but the Novus did not work where it get me back to the login page.
I contacted you several times but with luck to answer.
what suppose I do.

I recieved the same email - my mobile number has now been cancelled can this be sorted out urgently.
Please explain how your customers accounts were cancelled without consent
