I have a strange problem.
I have a new mobile phone which is working perfectly with all my downloaded apps except for the TPG App.
It will not let me login just outputting an error whenever I try.
I am able to login on my old mobile phone fine.
It is not my password as I can login to my old phone and the website account.
I have called TPG support twice and they tell me the app is under maintenance but I do not believe them.
Don't know where to go from here as I am in a stalemate.
Would have like to have the problem properly investigated and resolved instead of being told that the app is under maintenance so I will go away.
Don't know how this can be properly logged as a fault and investigated by someone more proficient with the app and it's workings so that it can be resolved.

Please send me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number along with the screenshot of the TPG App that you've access via the old phone and the screenshot of the error message that you are receiving on the new phone.
