I'd like to cancel my NBN account. As the installation progress is still "progressing", I'd like to know if I can withdraw from the installation without termination fees.
I have contacted support via phone and was advised to email to escalate the enquiry, however the email response did not answer my question. I'm yet to receive a call back but am happy to continue communication online.
