Problems with 5G service no result from TPG help desk, from 5/11/2024 On 11/11/204 Tried to cancel 5G plan by phone no result, sent emails to customer service and customer relations again with no result. Now with new provider, I shall be requesting a stop on the debit account with TPG asap.
Customer service by TPG has surpassed Telstra in waste of time. Currently on hold for over 30 minutes 13/11/24.
