cancellations ....

I'm wanting to cancel my email only account. I have been on hold for over 10 mins ... seriously, this is making me want to leave more than the trash and spam that keeps coming through my account.

hi

I finally got onto Accounts and billing (after requesting a call back). I have had to email xxxxxxxx@tpg.com.au 

I can't understand why this email address is not on your webpage for people to access. I have sent the email requesting to close the account and await to see what happens next.

I have had a lot of spam and other rubbish coming in via this account. I have blocked some but got sick of trying to keep up with it all. We have moved on to gmail for it's convenience.

After being with TPG for ADSL and email for over 10 years it is a shame to move on but service and email junk was getting out of control

Did you used your email to sign up? If so it is possible that those websites listed your e-mail address for promotional update.

 

On the other hand, the account cancellation procedure is not posted publicly as there are information that needs to be discussed by our Account Specialists with the account holder. This is also, for the security and privacy of the Account.
