i have been trying to change my account details for almost amonth and i keep getting error e-13ab1444b7424ba798b65390b2ee0b55
its not working on website or app.
i have had the threat of cancellation.
i got a call this morning butthe person did not speak just dead air.
this is not ok.
this needs attending to asap as i will deal wit the anxiety and panic attackes without internet access. i have nbeen with TPG since 2001 so i expected better service than this
