Get online support

could not login into my account ( both in and out of oz) and could not reset password

i have been with tpg mobile for more than 15 years and i am curently living overseas. i have no need to login my account often. and recently  i think i should update my card info so i tried to login my account which shows

Error 403 - Forbidden

i also asked my friend to try to login within the country which did not work either. i tried to reset the password and my mobile would not receive the link as they told me that they sent. i did call the service from overseas and they suggestted me to reset the password which did not work either. can anyone tell what is the problem with this account login issue and how can i solve the problem as my simcard is actually working ok and was told the account balance is 0.
