I really hate direct debit but am very conscientious with paying bills.

who thinks we should be able to transfer our bill payments ourselves???

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. Unfortunately, the only available payment method at the moment is auto debit due to the prepaid nature of our TPG business model. However, we’ll gladly pass your feedback through our management team for future consideration.
