Get online support
My email set up has changed. The mail boxes, folders, fontsand messages have all decreased in size and cannot be read. Can you help me to return to what it was?

May we know what email client are you using? (Ex. Thunderbird, Outlook Express, etc.)
Can you please post a photo or screenshot as well?

here is printscreen of my email. I am going around the twist with this as I cannot
get to my tpg emails
I am not savvy about computers, but I do not think it was any of the mentioned.
I just signed up for a tpg email. I tried to send a printscreen of the page, but I
could not paste it into reply.

Do you see any name on the application or email client that you are using?
If you are unable to paste the screenshot here, then try to save the said picture and post it using the "Photos" icon in the menu.
If unsuccessful, you may also contact our Tech team on 13 14 23 for real time support.
