help verifying identity without photo ID

Hi I've recently contacted the community because I cannot access my account to change my credit card details for a payment because it says I need a code that is sent to an old mobile number that I no longer own. I was contacted by the privacy team asking to verify my identity but I don't currently have photo ID, I emailed them back days ago asking if i could use another form of ID but with no response. I need to change my mobile number over in my account details just so I can update my payment details for a bill I owe and any help would be greatly appreciated.
