how do I get the ban lifted for 'previous abuse' . Trying to send emails

Trying to send emails. Like many people it seems I am banned for previous abuse.

I've reset my password as suggested but it is not working. Any ideas?

Are you using an Email application/software or the TPG Post Office?

If Email app, what are you using? Are you able to send out emails via Post Office?

 

Please send me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number along with the email address in question to assist you accordingly.
