Hi brailleface,

 

The issue on you online account is due for an existing process in your account.

 

It can be relocation in progress. issues on the installation and so on

Don't count on it happening anytime soon, we've been trying for a week now, with no results - it seems nobody at TPG can help us!

Hi I am having this issue while trying to upgrade my NBN plan. It has been 2 days and it is really urgent since we don't have any wi-fi at home for work. Thank you so much for your help.
