mobile sim cancellation and keeping current phone number to the new provider

Hi,

I no longer want to pay for the next invoice (due on 06/07/2023) and onward for my mobile sim plan. I would like to keep my current phone number to the new mobile provider. It's mean that the current TPG sim card can't be deactivate before the new sim card from the new mobile provider is activated? 

 

How can I cancel the TPG mobile sim card before the next invoice due (06/07/2023)?

If you are transferring or porting out your number to a different provider, Telcos require the number to be active until the porting is completed. 

 

Let us have your TPG customer ID or username via PM so we can assist you with your transition.
