'moved to Novus'

Hi, like many, I can no longer edit my mobile plan or access other services when viewing my active mobile plans since my accounts were 'moved to Novus'..  Logged in multiple times but still no options appearing.

Admin, please provide a solution to this matter asap.

You need to use the new account number that was sent via Email for our new system.

 

If you don't remember the information, we'll arrange a call from our Accounts team.
