not able to cancel

Hi, 

 

Here is my situation right now. I am not able to cancel the internet via the link "cancel your service" at the my account page. I sent the request a month ago, and now they are saying there is no record for my cancellation. I also contacted the assistant online and on the phone, but they told me I can only cancel it via the link "cancel your service" at the my account page. And I am keep receiving another bill for the following month. Could you please give some advice? By the way, I can't enter the country since the travel restriction.
