Received an e-mail from TPG that the bank rejected a payment to TPG. I went to the "my account" and paid it via "check your current balance". I clicked inside that page to pay my bill,it the payment was a success. I just checked to see if the payment was deducted from my bank account,but there was no trace of it. Yet my invoice and account statement in my TPG account indicates that the bill was paid.

It is normal. The payment is already in progress. It usually takes 3-4 working days for the payment to be posted on your bank account.
